The Zen Farmhouse

A LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN—this charming historic 1878 farm in the Catskills Mountains sits on 8 acres overlooking fields and woods with two beautiful barns and a large organic garden. A great home base where guests enjoy the beauty of nature and all the Catskills has to offer.

The ZEN FARMHOUSE is a recently renovated barn with a large great room with wood stove, and a kitchen for guest use. There are three lovely guestrooms each rented separately. - #1 - "Golden Light" & #2 - "Lotus Flower" & #3 - "Tangerine Dream" (for an additional fee if you need that extra room). All have super comfy queen sized beds with new linens and towels, all on the ground floor; includes high speed Internet, and air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer.

Nearby, you'll find great walking and biking on beautiful country roads. There's a Kundalini Yoga Studio & massage therapist within walking distance. Also in the area—Sivananda Yoga Ranch, SYDA Foundation, Stage Door, hiking, golf, swimming, rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, local spas, antiquing and fine restaurants. We're not far from Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center and Museum (19 miles), on the edge of Catskill Park, with lots of small towns to explore, many ashrams and monasteries, world class fishing in Rosco, the famous "Monster" Golf course and many other beautiful, reasonably priced golf courses.
