Join certified Yoga Teacher Kate McGuiness for a one-hour, all levels Hatha Yoga class. Classes will be held on following dates: Sunday, September 10, 17, 24 ; October 1 at 8:30 am. Using the beauty of nature as studio, practice basic yoga and sun salutations. All levels of experience are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and a yoga mat.
