Located in the historic district of Milford, Harrington House was recognized by the Historic Trust of Pike County in 2002. The original house was built in 1840, with a subsequent addition probably about 1860 Robert Graves, the successor to Gifford Pinchot at the US Forrest Service, lived in here sometime in the 1920s or 1930s. The home has also served as a boarding house, and in 1959 it was purchased by Dr. Joe Harrington and his wife, Eileen, who worked and raised their family here.
