The Josiah White II Canal Boat is Pennsylvania's only mule-drawn canal boat ride. The Josiah White II operates on Section 8, of the Lehigh Canal in Easton's Hugh Moore Park.
Regular 45-minute tours are available from June through the end of September. Special "Conversations on the Canal" Dinner Cruises are available once a month from June through October. These cruises offer the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing ride on the Lehigh Canal with delicous food and entertainment. If you prefer something more spooky, the Josiah White II offers haunted canal boat rides during the annual Haunted Hugh Moore Park event in October.
The Josiah White II is also available for charter and has hosted milestone birthday parties, engagements, and more.

About the Vessel
The Josiah White II's hull was the last steel hull manufactured at Bethlehem Steel's Sparrow's Point plant. It seats 100 passenger's comfortably and offers some of the best views of the Lehigh Valley.

The Josiah White II may be on of the country's largest vessels without a motor! Mules Hank and George pull the 48-ton canal boat for all rides and the boat is guided by tiller steering.
