The Lucky Dog Farm Store and Cafe - Hamden, NY

The cafe and farm store are welcoming to locals and travelers alike. Serving hot lunches, baked items, and fresh crocodile bread daily. Eat on the porch and enjoy the outdoors, or inside when it's chilly outside. Family-friendly, the store and cafe have something to offer everyone, including those on the job needing a quick lunch to-go.

The general store in the front of the building offers local foods, crafts, body care items, and more all in an 1800s storefront. The store also sells Lucky Dog Organic Farm produce when in season and the cafe uses the organic produce in the full lunch menu. Lucky Dog Cafe is the only place to eat lunch and the Lucky Dog Store is the only place to buy beer in Hamden.

Located in Hamden, NY we're a quick walk to the Hamden Inn, Moonshadows Bed and Breakfast, the Hamden Covered Bridge, the Delaware River, Crawford Falls, and the Crawford baseball field (where the first ever game of baseball was played in the U.S.). We're also a short drive to hiking trails, camping, and museums.
