The Roost Deli & Market serves breakfast, sandwiches, salads, pizza, ice cream, coffee and espresso, fresh bakery goodies, and more in the historic Turn Store and the Tinsmith's Shop in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in Bushkill, Pennsylvania. The buildings date back to 1837 and 1916, and are on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Turn General Store was built in two sections. The older section dates to about 1837 and is at the rear of the present building. Attached to the front is an addition built about 1916. The Tinsmith's Shop was also built around 1837. It is a two-story wooden frame building with a slate roof, built on a fieldstone foundation.
