The Wooden Duck Bed & Breakfast is located in a quiet country setting with over 10 acres of woodlands to explore.
We are located in Kittatinny Valley State Park, with rail trails adjacent to our property. Our marked trail leads through our 10 acres of land with varying terrain including rocky outcroppings, marshy fern paths, and beautiful woodland forests. Our B & B is a natural setting and home for wildlife including deer, turkeys, black bears, foxes and many native birds including woodpeckers.
We are located in historical Andover, New Jersey, near the Andover ironworks.
Bed and Breakfast Style
The style of the Wooden Duck Bed & Breakfast is designed like a rambling 1920s farm house on the exterior and decorated with a comfortable traditional decor.
There are many "common" rooms here at the Wooden Duck Inn. There is a living room with big comfy furniture beside a gas fireplace with a large bay window overlooking the grassy hills. The den features a 47-inch TV with a Blu-ray DVD system, laptop with WiFi, books, games and puzzles and a 24-hour snack station including coffee, tea, soft drinks, trail mix, and cookies. It also includes some antiques and art displayed by local artists. Our dining room features a large picture window perfect for bird-watching and access to our lovely pool and patio area.
